Manufacturing
One factory for mixing, molding, finishing and packing.
Everything happens in our factory in Dongguan. We mix the silicone, mold the parts, trim them, check them and pack them. Keeping it all under one roof lets us answer questions fast and control quality at every step.
Production process
From raw silicone to packed parts

Silicone mixing
We mix the silicone and match the color to your sample in our own mixing room, so the material and color match what you approved.

Molding
Parts are made by compression molding on our workshop floor.

Mold making and storage
Molds are made by our trusted mold makers. Finished molds, including customers' own molds, are stored and kept at our factory, ready for repeat orders.

Finishing, checking and packing
Parts are trimmed, checked by hand and packed to your requirements.
