Information we collect

We collect the information you type into our inquiry and quote forms: the type of inquiry (custom or existing product), your name and email address (required), and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, country, a description of the product you need, material, quantity, your message and how you found us. You must tick a box to confirm you have read this policy before you send a form.

You can also attach one file, up to 10 MB, such as a drawing, 3D file, photo or other technical document. Please do not upload files that contain information you do not want us to see.

If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you send us in those messages.

Anti-spam data

To limit spam and repeated submissions, the form uses a hidden field and a timing check. Your IP address is combined with a secret key of this website and converted into a short code. This code is kept only for about one hour to limit how often a form can be sent. We do not save your IP address in the inquiry record.

Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider may also record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in ordinary server logs.

How we use your information

We use it to reply to your inquiry and business questions, understand your product needs, review your drawings and files, assess material, specification and quantity, prepare quotations and samples, communicate about orders, prevent spam and abuse, and keep necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

How inquiries are stored and who can see them

When you send a form, it is saved in this website’s database and an email notification is sent to our inquiry mailbox. The notification uses your email address as the reply address so we can answer you directly. Uploaded files are kept in a protected folder that cannot be opened by the public, and can be downloaded only by authorised users of the website administration area.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services

This website does not use advertising cookies, embedded maps, embedded videos or third-party form-protection services, and its fonts are loaded from our own server. Links to WhatsApp and Facebook are ordinary links: those services receive information only if you click them and are then subject to their own privacy policies.

The website can be set up to use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads conversion measurement. These are not switched on unless we enter their settings in the website. If we switch them on, they may use cookies or similar technologies and collect data about visits, clicks and inquiries, and we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Website administrators who are logged in are not counted in analytics.

Service providers and transfers
